GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2024-2025

Individual Online Spanish Classes

• Individual classes are taught by way of  Skype or Zoom. Each class is sixty (60) minutes and includes homework assignments and exercises.
• Classes can be purchased individually (25€/lessons) or as a voucher of 5 lessons (€115), 10 lessons (€215) or 20 lessons (€396). The vouchers must be purchased prior to the start of the first session and in a single payment through our website or by bank transfer. They can be used and/or transferred to third parties for a period of 45 days in the case of the voucher of 5 lessons or three (3) months in the case of the vouchers of 10 and 20 lessons, counting from the time of purchase of the voucher. Please note that 20-lesson vouchers are only available for students who are taking two or more lessons per week.
• In the event that Entrelenguas offers some type of offer or discount, the voucher must be used within the term established by the school.
• If a student cannot attend the class on the day initially agreed, there is the possibility of rescheduling it within the same week of the original day.
• In case of needing to cancel a class, cancellations must be made, in writing, at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, it will be considered as “class taught”. Please email your teacher and copy in info@entrelenguas.com.
• In the event that a class cannot be taught due to technical problems (for example with the Internet connection, microphones, etc.) on the part of the student that cannot be solved during the first 15 minutes of the session, an additional session of 30 minutes will be rescheduled at no cost to the student.
• If a lesson coincides with a public holiday in Spain, the teachers of Entrelenguas will have the right not to teach the class which then may be rescheduled if they otherwise don’t opt to teach on said holiday. Holidays for the 2024-2025 school year are as follows: October 12, 2024, November 1, 2024, December 6 and 8, 2024, December 25, 2024, January 1,2025, January 6, 2025, February 28, 2025, April 17 and 18 2025, May 1, 2025 and August 15, 2025. Note that based on the Spanish legislation, there are two local holidays and one regional holiday, which may vary depending on the location of the teacher’s place of work. We kindly ask you to consult directly with your teacher to confirm the specific dates of these holidays. 
• Entrelenguas in all its classes use textbooks and other resources available from Campus Difusión.
• Students in individual classes who work with a textbook in classes must acquire an account on Campus Difusión to have access to the complete textbooks, interactive online exercises, downloadable grammar resources, news, videos and short films. audios, etc. This is without a doubt a valuable asset to the student. Alternatively, students can purchase the paper book.
