Online Spanish Classes
Enrollment and Payments
- To register for online group classes, you must complete either a monthly or quarterly subscription. This amount will be charged automatically each month or every three months, depending on the subscription type. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time here; however, payments already made are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless the course is canceled by Entrelenguas, in which case a proportional refund will be issued for the period when classes cannot be delivered.
- Private lessons can be purchased individually or as a package of 5, 10, or 20 lessons. Packages must be purchased prior to the first session and paid in full through our website or via bank transfer. Packages may be used and/or transferred to third parties within 45 days (for the 5-lesson package) or within three (3) months (for the 10- and 20-lesson packages) from the purchase date. Please note that the 20-lesson package is only available to students taking two or more Spanish lessons per week.
- By enrolling in any of our courses, you will be added to the Entrelenguas student mailing list, where we share useful information and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.
Cancellations and Technical Issues
- If Entrelenguas offers any promotion or discount, the package must be used within the timeframe established by the school.
- If a student cannot attend a scheduled class, it may be rescheduled within the same week and month.
- To cancel a class, you must notify the teacher in writing with a copy to info@entrelenguas.com at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the class will be considered delivered.
- If a class cannot take place due to technical issues (e.g., internet connection, microphone problems) on the student’s side that cannot be resolved within the first 15 minutes of the session, an additional 30-minute session will be scheduled at no extra cost to the student.
Public Holidays
- If a class falls on a public holiday in Spain, the class will not be held, and the teacher will assign extra homework to students. The public holidays for the 2025–2026 academic year are: October 12, 2025 (observed Monday, October 13); November 1, 2025; December 6 and 8, 2025; December 25, 2025; January 1 and 6, 2026; April 2 and 3, 2026; May 1, 2026; and August 15, 2026. In addition, there are three other local and/or regional holidays depending on the teacher’s place of residence; please check with your teacher for details.
Platforms and Materials
- Online classes are delivered via Zoom or Google Meet. Each class lasts sixty (60) minutes and includes homework and practice activities.
- Entrelenguas uses textbooks and resources from Campus Difusión for most classes. For group classes, students will work with a Difusión textbook, which may be in print, digital, or hybrid format. In any case, it is recommended that students obtain a Campus Difusión account to access supplementary material, interactive online exercises, downloadable grammar resources, news, videos and short films, audio files, etc.
- Students taking private lessons will work with textbooks and materials agreed upon with their teacher, according to their needs.

Enrollment and Payment
- Full payment for the course, program, or package of private on-site lessons must be made before the start of the course, as part of the enrollment process. Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued, except in the event of cancellation by Entrelenguas.
